E15
Leak sensor tripped (Aquastop)
What causes it
Water detected in the base pan — could be an active leak or a failed float switch.
What to check before calling
- ✓Unplug the dishwasher and mop up any standing water in the base — don't run it again until it's inspected.
- ✓Check that the machine is level; an unlevel installation can trip the float switch falsely.
What happens when you call us
If those checks don't clear the E15 code, it's usually a sign of a failed part rather than something to keep resetting. A technician runs a full diagnostic on your dishwasher, confirms the cause, and quotes the repair before any work starts. The $89 service call is waived if you go ahead with the repair, and parts and labor are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts & labor.
