What to check before calling
- ✓Power-cycle the microwave at the breaker or by unplugging it for 1 minute.
- ✓Check the keypad for a stuck button.
- ✓Unplug the microwave for a minute and plug it back in.
- ✓Press each button to check for one that sticks.

If the code returns, the control board or keypad needs replacing.
